The ‚Maltahochalmstraße‘ ends at Austrias highest concrete dam – the Kölnbreinsperre. Along the ‚Millstätteralmstraße‘ you reach the alpine cabin ‚Steigerhütte‘. From there you can walk to the Alexanderhütte with gorgious view over the lake Millstättersee or you take one of the many hiking trails to reach one of the tops. The ‚Nockalmstraße‘ guides you through the picturesque nock mountains and offers several possibilities to rest, relax or to get information about the alpine nature. The ‚Großglockner Hochalpenstraße‘ offers a fantastic view to the highest mountain in Austria.
